Happy Advent!
I had a homemade advent calendar all worked up (in my head, of course) and then I came across this today at Target....
Isn't it cute! I have it filled with fun activities and treats for Advent, but I'm always open to new ideas! What are some of YOUR favorite Christmas activities?

Wow, I'm going to follow your lead. I saw that Advent calendar at Target, almost bought it and then thought, "no, I think I'll try to make my own." Now that it's December 2nd and I have yet to even buy the supplies for the one I dreamed up, I think I'm going to dash over to Target. ;)
And, and I also bought the JoJo's. I found some in my pantry from a year ago (and yes, they were stale dispite the Ziplock) and the next time I was at TJ's I searched for more.
What kinds of things do YOU have it filled with??? I don't have any activities in mind yet. Although, I was in downtown Olympia the other day and they had a Christmas parade! And a SINGING tree (a big stand of risers shaped like a tree, with a choir singing from it). Too bad I didn't actually see the parade or the singing tree. But I heard they were good! Maybe next year. : )
