Things that should never be done

That's right, your eyes do not deceive you, that is STEAK on the George Forman grill!
John and I went to the store today and picked out these two Wild Turkey marinated (the bourbon not the bird!) bone in rib eyes for dinner and when we got ready to throw them on the grill...
Alas! No propane! Where is Hank Hill when you need him?
We will not go without eating steak, oh no, we will not be deterred. So, sorry Mr. Steak but sometime you gotta do what you gotta do.
What did the kids eat while we enjoyed our steak, you ask?

Just kidding, this is their favorite meal.

A little salad to go with our steak, the BLT Cesar, one of our favorites.

And some bread (the homemade bread in the background cooling, yummy!)

And there are those apples just sitting there staring at me, wishing I would do something with them! Back off! You'll get yours, apples!

TV is not normally something we watch during dinner but occasionally there is this...

For the kids:)
and after dinner the boys have some fun on the computer.

It looks like we got a new camera just in time. There seems to be a "ghost" in this one! Spooky!
