OK I know it doesn't look appetizing but I assure you it's good:) Where are all the other jars you ask? That's it! Two! Well I have one in the canner right now, but 6 cups of sugar and 15 lbs of apples later....3 jars of apple butter:)
But it was fun!
I'm going to can some apple pie filling this afternoon.
